For staff assistance or cancellations we are conveniently staffed M-F 9AM to 8PM on Sat 9AM to 2PM and on Sun 2PM to 4PM. All new membership tour appointments are conducted during these times (we do not take walk ins) please schedule an appointment so we have a staff member here who is capable of answering all of your question. All appointments are scheduled on our home page. Once a member over the age of 18 has completed the online application we will grant you 24/7 access to the facility typically within one business day with the exception being on the weekends.

Please mail all 30 Day notices for membership cancellation per your membership agreement to 603 Lula St. Royse City TX 75189. Please note we will use the postmark date on the envelope for the notice. Please include your printed name legibly along with everyone on your membership, you are wishing to terminate. Feel free to use whatever verbiage you would like to say that you would like to cancel. As long as we can understand your expressed desire to cancel and who to cancel we will process your request to stop your payments within 30 days. Please sign your request so we can validate that you are the person who is requesting the cancellation. We will miss you & wish you the best on your fitness journey.
